But inside, I was burned out, disconnected from my body, and constantly overriding what I felt with what I thought I should do.
What finally made me stop wasn’t one big breakdown. It was a quiet knowing that something wasn’t right — the constant fatigue, the skin issues no one could explain, the products that promised to help but somehow made things worse. I started asking questions. Not just about food or beauty products, but about the way we live, what we’re told to trust, and why so many of us feel unwell in systems that claim to support us.
That search led me to study holistic health — not the kind that’s packaged for trends, but the kind rooted in physiology, nervous system repair, and getting honest about what’s in our homes, on our plates, and in our minds.
